LiveTalk Translate relies on third-party processors to operate core features, including:
- OpenAI (voice translation and transcription processing).
- xAI / Grok (automatic voice session processing, translation, and transcript generation).
- Supabase (authentication and database services).
- Creem (checkout and subscription billing, when paid plans are enabled).
- Turnstile or hCaptcha (bot protection, when enabled).
- Google Analytics (website traffic and usage analytics).
4. Audio and Transcript Handling
Audio is transmitted to model providers, including OpenAI and xAI, to generate translations and transcripts. Our product logic is not designed to store full conversation audio or transcript history as a persistent user archive.
5. Data Retention
Account, quota, and billing records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for operations, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
The web app may use browser storage (for example a local device identifier and auth session state) to keep sign-in state, improve reliability, and support anti-abuse protections.
7. Your Choices
- You can stop using voice input at any time by not recording or sending audio.
- You can sign out and request account deletion through support.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law permits.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
This service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
